Graduation ceremony

A blindfolded Kurdish security officer demonstrated his skills during a graduation ceremony in Arbil, Iraq, Thursday. Meanwhile, the only Iraq war insurgent to be prosecuted in the U.S. was sentenced to 25 years Thursday. Wesam al-Delaema videotaped himself showing off roadside bombs buried in sand and praying to Allah they would kill American troops.
